1.3 Admins, Teachers, and Parents: Name, surname, and email address.
1.2 Students: Name, surname, national ID number (optional), passport number (optional), and email address (optional). At least one form of ID (either national ID or passport number) is required for student accounts, these are used for identification purposes.
We ensure that all data collection is for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, avoiding any over-collection of data. We collect this data under the legal basis of consent, as users voluntarily provide the data, and legitimate interest, as it is required to manage school accounts and system functionality.
2. Consent and Parental Consent for Minors
We obtain explicit consent for all users. In the case of students under the legal age, parents or guardians must provide consent.

3.1 Consent: Explicit consent is required for the creation of all user accounts, including parental/guardian consent for minors under legal age.

If the school account remains unpaid for an extended period (e.g., 7 days), the system will retain data but restrict access. Upon non-payment for extended periods, we reserve the right to delete data after providing notice.

Users will be notified of significant changes to this Privacy Policy, and explicit acceptance (e.g., a click-to-accept prompt) will be required to continue using the system under revised terms.
